Over a Decade of Partnership: Ocean Secures Royal Canadian Air Force Contract Renewal 

Ocean Software has secured a five-year renewal of its support services agreement with the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) for the continued use of FLIGHTPRO, our flagship readiness capability.

Originally deployed in 2011 under the Unit Level Tool (ULTOOL) program, the contract which was procured via Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence, has expanded from a tactical scheduling and resource management solution to an enterprise-wide capability able to support the entire air force.

The renewal reflects a long-standing, trusted partnership and continued confidence in Ocean Software’s ability to deliver and support mission-critical solutions. 

“For over a decade, we’ve delivered secure, scalable, and dependable support – both locally in Canada and from our Core Capability Hub in Australia. With this next phase, the RCAF gains access to our next-generation platform, The Ocean Platform, designed to drive operational readiness into the future,” he also said. 

The renewed contract took effect on 1 July 2025.
