Flight-Pro-Logo-MASTER

Bulk Add People to a Group of Strips

Through the updated Crew Replacement Window, a user is able to quickly and easily add people to a group of strips. The strips can be selected via the rubber band feature, or be part of a strip group. The user can access the new function through right-clicking on the Pane background after strips have been selected, or by right-clicking on a strip or strip group. Adding people is a simple matter of drag and drop from the Resource Explorer or the People Board.

The Crew Replacement window can also be opened for selected Strips using a keyboard shortcut – Shift+R.

Bulk Remove People from a Group of Strips

Through the updated Crew Replacement Window, a user is able to quickly and easily remove people from a group of strips. The strips can be selected via the rubber band feature, or be part of a strip group. The user can access the new function through right-clicking on the Pane background after strips have been selected, or by right-clicking on a strip or strip group. Removing people is a simple matter of drag and drop from the Resource Explorer or the People Board.

Change People on Individual Strips

The new Crew Replacement Window will show the People assigned to all the strips selected. The People assigned to each strip can be changed strip by strip as required. This allows for the bulk assignment of people to the group of strips, and then the fine-tuning by strip by strip of the slots people fill.

Drag and Drop from People Board

People can be added or removed from the Crew Replacement Window by Drag and Drop from a People board.

Add Workflow to Personal Unavailability

A user is now able to add a Workflow to a Personal Unavailability. This is a very useful new feature for Organisations that require approval for an Unavailability. The workflow can be added through Web>Calendar, Tools>Obligations, or Programming>People Board.

New Behaviour if Workflow attached

If an Unavailability has a workflow attached, the Unavailability becomes Read Only. If the Unavailability needs to be changed, then the workflow must be deleted first. This is an important security feature as it will prevent unauthorized changes to a requested Unavailability.

See Workflow Status

The status of the workflow can be seen through Web>Calendar, Tools>Obligations, or Programming>People Board. An indicator will show the number of pending and completed workflows for the Unavailability.

Edit and Approve Workflow

Workflows attached to Unavailabilities can be edited and approved the same way as any other workflow. Tools>Workflows or Tools>Summary allow access to the workflow. The workflow can also be accessed through Programming>People Board and Tools>Obligations. At this stage, FlightPro Web allows Read-Only access to the Workflow.
